The future of India lies in its villages
Even after seventy-one years of Independence, our country is still a developing country. There are lakhs of people deprived of their basic rights in our Nation, not even aware of these rights. Affordable quality education is inaccessible to many. To make the individuals self-dependent and self-sufficient, the only magic is to provide them quality education, with an emphasis on morals and ethics.
It's my pleasure to be here as a member of the big family of St. Thomas, which had taken this noble initiative of empowering the inhabitants of this village, Loni, through education.Child centric education, to help the child to showcase the latent potential in him, with an emphasis on human values is our priority. Without belittling our National language, to transform a child to face the world confidently with a competent skill in global language English is another task before us.
I would seek the support and co-operation from all the stake holders including the state and Central government agencies and NGOs , in our difficult journey to fullfill the aspirations of the young minds of this village.
